Our Story-Celebrating 21 Years of Giving

The Landfall Foundation was formed as a means for Landfall residents to thoughtfully and confidently extend support to greater Wilmington area non-profit organizations.  Grants are awarded after our Grants Committee evaluates applications for projects and programs in the areas of the arts, education, health and welfare. This valuable contribution to smaller organizations, that are often underfunded, makes a major impact on the vital needs of our community.

Since its inception in September of 1995, the foundation has raised and contributed almost $3,900,000 to Wilmington non-profit organizations. In 2016, a total of $351,500 was awarded to 88 Wilmington area non-profit organizations.
