Information and Vendor Agreement Forms
Due to high interest in the marketplace over the years, you will be notified if your application is accepted based on space availability, product offerings and past participation.
Waitlist: If your application is not accepted, you will be placed on our waitlist.
The Landfall Foundation provides grants to local nonprofit organizations that support programs in Health and Welfare, Education and the Arts in the greater Wilmington area. Each year the Holiday Marketplace serves as a major fundraiser for the Foundation and is visited by hundreds of shoppers who purchase tickets to attend. In addition to those funds, 20% of your total sales, including special orders (payable by cash or check) will be collected at the close of the evening’s event.
Cost to Participate: Tables and/or space will be paid for by vendors at the time they apply:
8-foot - $125
6 foot - $100
You may reserve more than one table.
Checks will be cashed when vendors are selected.
What sells:
Please contact the Holiday Marketplace Committee for input regarding the types of products that have been the most popular sellers at past Marketplace events. Items marked $150 and less are most likely to sell.
